Arcangelo Sassolino

The exhibition brings together works in which matter is subjected to forces that traverse and test it. Marble, stone, steel, and oil are not symbolic elements but fields of real tension, held in a condition of provisional balance. Rather than representing rupture itself, Sassolino’s research investigates what precedes and follows it: the unstable threshold where the world continues to exist under pressure.
