When are New York galleries open?
Most are open Tuesday through Saturday, from about 10 or 11am to 6pm, and closed Sunday and Monday. In July and August many keep summer hours, often closing on weekends. Smaller spaces may open fewer days or by appointment, so check a gallery's hours before you go.
