Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Gallop, tap your profile, tap Edit profile, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Confirm the prompt and your profile, lists, saved shows, visits, and follows are removed immediately and can't be recovered.
You can also request account deletion from the web if you can't access the app.
I forgot my password / can't sign in
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot passwordand we'll email you a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same provider on the sign-in screen — there's no separate password to remember.
I'm not getting the email confirmation
Check spam first. If it's not there, tap Resend emailon the "check your email" screen, or email hello@gogallop.app and we'll resend manually.
A gallery or show is wrong / missing
Our listings are edited daily by humans, so corrections matter. Email us with the gallery name and what's off and we'll get it fixed.
How do I turn off notifications?
In the app: Profile → ••• → Notifications. From iOS: Settings → Notifications → Gallop.
How do I revoke location access?
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Gallop. Location only powers the "near me" surfaces in the map and hop planner — the app still works without it.
