Tilton Gallery is pleased to present Intrigue, a group exhibition of diverse artists with works from the 1970s to the present. The exhibition offers art that can be straightforward or shrouded in mystery. The works in this exhibition all hold something back, presenting an enigma, a sense of intrigue. Many figures turn or glance to the side, others stare straight ahead as if to challenge. None are portraits. Conceptual or surreal, some are reticent, some have an attitude, and all intrigue.
