Piotr Bury Łakomy

We're pleased to present Zjawa w Ogrodzie, a solo exhibition of new works by Piotr Bury Łakomy, marking the artist's first exhibition with the gallery.

Piotr Bury Łakomy’s artistic practice explores the complex relationship between the human body, architecture, and the environment. His work is characterised by a synthesis of organic and industrial materials, challenging conventional boundaries between the natural and the manufactured.

Piotr Bury Łakomy (b. 1983 in Poland) lives and works in Poznań, Poland. He graduated with an MA from the Institute of Fine Arts, Zielona Góra, in 2008.

Łakomy's work has been included in recent group exhibitions at Marcelle Alix, Paris (2026); Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw – MSN (2025); TJ Boulting, London (2024); BRAUNSFELDER, Cologne (2020); Fondation Cartier, Paris (2019); and Kim Contemporary Art Center, Riga (2018).
