Kahlil Robert Irving (b. 1992, San Diego, CA) is known for his intricate ceramic assemblages and multimedia installations that weave together personal memory, media culture, and historical consciousness. His work has been exhibited widely across the United States and internationally, and is held in the collections of major institutions including the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh; and the RISD Museum, Providence.
