Alberto Valdés

Marc Selwyn Fine Art is pleased to present an exhibition of paintings by Alberto Valdés, whose work brings ancient Mesoamerican imagery into dialogue with mid-century modernism. Drawing on his Mexican-American heritage, Valdés' evocative figurative and abstract compositions explore history, mysticism, and the natural world. A Beginning reveals a deeply personal vision shaped by ancestral memory and modern experimentation.
