Susan Meiselas

Susan Meiselas revisits Nicaragua, where she photographed the 1978-79 uprising against Somoza and the Sandinista victory, and follows what happened to those images over four decades. More than a hundred works, documents and film clips show her photographs reused on T-shirts, stamps and murals, and the gap between what they recorded and what they came to symbolise. Clément Chéroux curates, with an accompanying book from Atelier EXB.
