We are thrilled to present another chapter from our current program at Wschód New York dedicated to avant-garde voices of Polish art scene in dialogues with international, contemporary positions.

This time we are focusing on the practice of Maria Pinińska-Bereś (1931–1999) - one of the most unique figures in 20th century Polish art - juxtaposing her drawings from the 90's and archival video materials with works by Patricia Ayres, Susan Cianciolo, Nancy Lupo, Brandon Ndife and Cora Pongracz.
