Julien Monnerie

Julien Monnerie invests Jones, the restaurant formerly known as Bones: "Bones becomes Jones, a single letter change hiding other changes." The letter J, sourced from a cufflink bearing the artist's initials (JM) previously referenced in wall works, appears on custom-made tablecloths, to be used by diners during Avant-première and the week of FIAC, until they run out. Around the dining area, sculptures and wall works, referencing various traditional forms of craftsmanship, turn the restaurant into a place of not only fine eating, but fine living.
