John Pai

Korean American sculptor John Pai builds his works by hand-welding short steel rods into what he calls drawings in space. The show centres on his recent Heaven and Earth series (2024) and the Entropy's Sirens trio from the 1990s, shown together for the first time with two previously unseen pieces, alongside drawings and other sculptures. It treats memory and myth as companions that sometimes run in step and sometimes part ways.
