Eli & Sons with Mark Flood

Longtime collaborators Bobby Viteri, Luke Todd, Zach Sokol, and Eli Libman, collectively known as Eli & Sons, asked U-HAUL to loan them an empty storefront on W 23rd Street in Chelsea. For the next month, the 1,800-square-foot space will be their own gallery.

New paintings by Mark Flood will be exhibited alongside mechanically-driven, alchemical sculptures by Luke Todd and a large-scale installation by Bobby Viteri. Upstairs will be transformed into a psychiatrist's office where Zach Sokol will conduct interviews by appointment, culminating in a published oral history, Fear/Frisson. And Eli Libman will use the space to launch his latest music project, cassette series Quiet Time Tapes.

Eli & Sons with Mark Flood will be open through October 23 by appointment only— and we encourage new friends and old ones to come visit the space.
