Developing Time Life is an exclusive online-only presentation conceived by the artist Hernan Bas. It offers a rare look inside the artist’s studio and a glimpse into his practice. In doing so, Bas unpacks some of the intricate historical, cultural, and literary influences that guide his work and reveals—through detailed works on paper—the origins of his Time Life paintings, which were first exhibited in November 2019 at Lehmann Maupin in New York.
