Dear Barbara,

This show was at first supposed to be between A & B, with a watercolor of a Kleenex box by former, and a film of a forlorn and perverse orangutan in a Siberian zoo by latter. The orangutan is named Caliban, and by earthly counsel feelingly-persuaded to act the way it does. So, Onanism. The parallax! The show obviously changed. It’s summer. It’s a late summer show. Others fell into order, the way moonbeam becomes hyaline and stale after staring at its wanness for far too long, flakes-off on its own like celestial dust, and silently and gently fell on us as if heavenly psoriasis.
