The Rema Hort Mann Foundation presents Signal. The exhibition, curated by esteemed 2015 alum Leeza Meksin, features 21 participating artists.

This year’s Emerging Artist Alumni Exhibition explores how artists navigate and express complex identities through their art practices and communities. Some artists confront identity directly, depicting personal symbols and associated objects, while others opt for abstract, coded expressions through symbolic materials.

Whether focused on identity or personal themes, each work offers insight into the artist’s heritage and cultural influences, showcasing a diverse range of mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, and video. This exhibition celebrates the boundary-pushing creativity of the Rema Hort Mann Foundation Grantees and their contributions to the ever-evolving conversation around cultural identity.

Saturday, November 2, 2pm Artist on Artist Talk: Karina Aguilera Skvirsky and Asif Mian engage in a conversation on heritage, cultural influence, and identity.
