About
Founded in 2006, Fergus McCaffrey is an internationally recognized gallery specializing in post-war Japanese artists and contemporary European and American work. The gallery has been instrumental in bringing Japanese art to Western audiences, championing Gutai artists like Sadamasa Motonaga and Kazuo Shiraga, as well as Hi-Red-Center members and Mono-Ha era artists. With locations in New York, Tokyo, and St. Barthélemy, the gallery continues to present significant contemporary and historical artists.
