Modern Art

Founded in 1998 by Stuart Shave, Modern Art is a contemporary art gallery representing over thirty artists. The gallery operates a programme in London and Paris that covers exhibitions of diverse media and scale, whilst participating in the major art fairs. From its inception, Modern Art was conceived of as a gallery that would operate on an international level, whilst also supporting British-based artists. Over the past twenty eight years the gallery has operated in various locations around London and its flagship gallery is now housed at 8 Bennet Street, St James's, and a location in Paris.
