Matt's Gallery exists to give artists the time, space and support they need to take risks, test their limits and surprise even their own intentions. We provide the best conditions for experiencing art and engaging audiences. We work with artists at key moments in their development, at all stages of their careers.
In 2014, founder and director Robin Klassnik was awarded an OBE in recognition of his contribution to contemporary art. In April 2022 it opened its current space in Nine Elms. Designed by architects Manalo & White , it is secured on an affordable 25 year lease through Wandsworth Council.
