Fredericks & Freiser

Founded in 1996 by Jessica Fredericks and Andrew Freiser, Fredericks & Freiser is one of the defining independent galleries of its generation. Among the first to establish a presence in Chelsea, the gallery helped shape the neighborhood’s emergence as a global center for contemporary art. Its ground-floor space on West 24th Street, designed by architect Andrew Ong, reflects a longstanding commitment to clarity, rigor, and the presentation of ambitious work.
