This led him to become the Design Director for the Diva Group in Southern California, which houses collections by some of the finest European, contemporary lines such as Cassina, B&B Italia, and Maxalto. Separately, Carlos has designed numerous noted residential and work/office spaces. Trained in Italy under the Cassina family, Carlos developed a refined contemporary aesthetic with an appreciation for antique and vintage pieces. He incorporates organic elements with clean modern lines, evoking the fundamentals of the Bauhaus movement. Carlos’ clients have dubbed his style “contemporary with soul”. Carlos’s distinctive art compositions in his own projects led him to curate art and objects for other Interior Designers and collaborate with The Broad museum. The CARLOS ANTONIO/ galleries are an extension of Carlos’s fervent love of art, sculpture, and objects.
