AKAA, a flagship event of Paris Art Week bringing together collectors, art professionals, and contemporary art enthusiasts, will take place from October 23 to 25, 2026 , beneath the glass roofs of the Carreau du Temple in Paris.

Reaffirming its commitment to promoting the visibility, mobility, and recognition of African and Afro-descendant artists on the international stage, AKAA continues to play a central role in the growth and structuring of the market.

To mark the bicentenary of photography, the fair is launching a new section, AKAA PHOTO , which will showcase how photographers shape a visual memory that chronicles the upheavals of time, independence movements, urban transformations, reinvented traditions, the aspirations of youth, and the enduring strength of cultural heritage.
