About
The vision we have for 17Essex is to create a network of visionaries and a buzzing space where brilliant artistic vision meets everyday life in the face of art connoisseurs and collectors. The fresh, vibrant atmosphere we created, 17Essex seeks to promote the art of women-artists but also educate the public. We maintain a very diverse range of artwork in our collection, and new pieces arrive constantly. You will never be bored when you step into 17Essex. What is more, you can count on the fact each visit will be stimulating and potentially a life-changing experience.
Loan crates and temporary walls do not stay on Essex Street forever. When 17Essex needed to organize an event listed by Time Out in London , the hang had to leave the shopfront without a scratch on glass, frames, or the borrowed furniture that makes a boudoir reading feel finished.
