Early 2023, the gallery relocated to New York City, continuing its mission to promote diverse artistic expressions and provide immersive experiences for its visitors with a commitment to fostering cross-cultural dialogues. The Fridge fosters collaboration at multiple creative levels, from concept to execution. The gallery has hosted a range of exhibitions that delve into themes from the philosophical and emotive to the societal. For instance, Joji Nakamura’s An Introspective Query marked his first solo exhibition at The Fridge and in the U.S., showcasing large-scale works that reflect his unique hand-painted technique and contemplative themes.
