Alberta Pane

Alberta Pane gallery is specialised in contemporary art. It has had branches in Paris since 2008 and in Venice since 2017: two luminous white cubes in the Marais (at 44 and 47 rue de Montmorency in Paris) and a former carpentry of 350m² in Dorsoduro (Venice).

The gallery presents several exhibitions per year and takes part in international art fairs. It supports the work of international artists, whose practices conceptually focus on a variety of subjects, through an interdisciplinary approach and with a particular attention towards installations, volumes, and space perception. Photographs and books by Claude Cahun (France, 1894-1954) have been considered in the gallery’s exhibition program, thanks to their contemporary resonance.
