Envoy Enterprises

Located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, envoy enterprises (ee) is a cutting-edge gallery, working with a cross-generational group of international artists with multi-disciplinary practices. ee has a reputation for showing equal-opportunity provocateurs as well as nourishing established talents. Founded by art dealer and downtown fixture Jimi Dams, the gallery is focused on the development of both young and mid-career artists.

envoy enterprises opened its doors in Chelsea in 2005 and was the first gallery to abandon its prime location in the DIA Art Foundation building for Manhattan's Lower East Side in 2007. In September 2012 the gallery opened its location at 87 Rivington Street.

On September 5th, 2018, envoy enterprises opened Empirical Nonsense, a cutting-edge art space, which runs its own program. On August 30th, 2019, ee and EN lost its lease and is moving to a new location.
