Abode Gallery is an exhibition space dedicated to the display of contemporary art in a domestic setting. It is a reaction to the impersonal brutality of the white box exhibition space and the constraints of traditional commercial and non-profit gallery structures. Abode strives to provide an environment for art viewing which privileges comfort and familiarity over formality and protocol with the intent to foster community & conversation.
