Kenneth Noland

Hunter Dunbar Projects is pleased to present From Center to Edge, a survey exhibition of work by Kenneth Noland (1924–2010). Curated by Hayden Dunbar and Benjamin R. Hunter, the exhibition brings together key works from across Noland’s career, tracing his evolving engagement with color, structure, and pictorial space.

From Center to Edge follows the evolution of Noland’s visual language across more than four decades, from early concentric forms to chevrons, diamonds, stripes, and shaped canvases. Together, these works show how he used color and structure to define one of the most distinctive paths in postwar American abstraction.

The presentation marks the first survey of Noland’s work at a gallery

in Chelsea since 2011.
